exactly how does it work?
im traveling to the uk for business for 2 years. when i click on the rates and the country uk it says incoming calls free ect. does that mean free calls from people in the uk only or calls from people in the us 2. i need this for it to be cheaper to talk and text my family here. thanks

Hi Lexie, the rates for incoming calls are based on where you are geographically. So regardless of where your family is located the incoming calls will be free.
Your family will be subject to long distance charges to call you, but there are ways around that (such as our RoamForce Extra Number feature).

ok would they be charged long distance charges or international rate charges?

Hi Lexie,
Your family would only be subject to the costs to make a call from where they are to you in the UK (a long distance call to the UK). To find out what those rates are they would need to contact their carrier (i.e AT&T,Bell etc...).
