If I am using your SIM card in my phone in Israel and I want to make a local call do I have to dial as if I was making a long distance international call with all the prefixes.

    Hi Neil,

    As our RoamForce SIMs have UK based number (World SIM) and Estonian number(World Super Saver SIM) you have to dial with all prefixes as if you are making an international call while you are in Israel and making an outgoing call.
